exactly what we wanted
Very reasonable price, easy to set up, works perfectly. Wish there were more options for refill scents, but that is our only complaint.

Does NOT dispense
Brand new, two new refilll, installed, it buzzes, NO SOAP. A trouble shooting guide said may have to prime it, up to 8 times. Did it a dozen and more, buzz, NO SOAP

Didn’t work
Our office uses Brighton soap and we never got this soap dispenser to work. Batteries were changed a few times and nothing . Luckily Quill was so good about swapping it , no questions asked. We got our replacements next day

doesn't work. Put the purell sanitizer refill in, the kind this dispenser takes but the light is still blinking red indication the refill is not in or not working.

This GOJO dispenser does not work with Purell sanitizer. The package fits, but there is a chip that tells the dispenser not to operate. Since Staples doesn't sell GOJO sanitizer, this dispenser is worthless for Staples customers. Don't waste your money on it.

Does not fit Purell Refills
Even tho both the dispenser and refill have both the Purell logo and GoJo logos on them - THEY ARE NOT INTERCHANGEABLE. This dispenser is the LTX, the same initials as the Purell LTX. Corroded battery terminal
This item did not work for us. Comes with batteries however they were corroded damaging the entire area. Does not work and this item is not eligible for returns. ???
