Thank you for your response. However in order to pass the “trust test” and regain my confidence (and business) - please arrange to provide me with a replacement ‘red and black ribbon’ for my HR-170RC Casio calculator.

The product is good (not as dark an ink imprint as I would like to see. Instructions on how to install it would have been nice but I figured it out.

Works with Canon P1-DH V printing calculator
DP R1180 Ink Roller is black ink only and very small. Carefully examine location of existing/used ink roller. Then lift left edge of tab gently to unseat. If your fingers are large use pliers to seat new ink roller in correct spot. Then press gently on each end with finger to click into place.

Important to Remember
It is Important to Remember how to install the ink roller since there are no instructions or diagrams included with the replacement ink roller. You’ll eventually get it as I did but probably not without a lot of ink on your fingers.

Print Quality
The ink roller produces an extremely light result. I sometimes need to squint to see the numbers.

This was ordered for me by person working in the Plainfield store. After 6-8 tries to install it I determined it was the wrong ink roller for my calculator.

Exactly what I needed!
One of the techs was able to order this tiny ink roller for my ancient Casio calculator and it fits and works! So happy to have been able to get this replacement part. Thank you to the staff member who was so helpful!!

Numbers print smeared
Possibly too muck ink on roller - not sure - but printed numbers are a mess - smeared with ink and prints unreadable!

1180 ink roller
I purchased 2 of the R 1180 ink rollers and they lasted about 2 days for the first one. And about 3 days on the second one. Really disappointed with the non- quality of the ink rollers. I just may have to start shopping somewhere else. I would not recommend this product.
