Great Product
I love these! I make my own recipe books using binders and use a 3 hole punch for the pages. These are so convenient, being adhesive, and do a great job of keeping the holes from tearing. Also, none of that licking as in "olden days".

Problematic format
The Avery White Hole Punch Reinforcements (5729) 200 count are on a coiled roll in a small box and are problematic. The reinforcements either stick to each other when dispensed or become raised from the surface of the non-stick rolled paper due to the curvature of the roll. Pick up at the local store
The self-adhesive plastic reinforcement labels are much stronger and easier to use than the old-style paper 'lickem-stickem' labels! The quantity is good. 1000 will last a long time. My bad, I should've picked up the labels at my local store to save on the shipping cost. Having the labels shipped almost doubled my expense.

Great Reinforcements
These reinforcements work really well. They would be super useful for students, but I am out of school and like to keep notebooks for my volunteer work and tax info. There have been many times when I am in a hurry and hit the pages wrong with the hole puncher so now I can still keep the pages securely in the notebook.

We have used a minimal amount so far, but really like them for our check-in book as it gets used a lot and the paper holes keep ripping and these reinforcement labels work great.
