Customer service person was knowledgeable and patient ordering the part I needed and explaining how to install it. Service was great delivery was fast. My only problem was that FedEx the delivery service left the package right at the edge of the road in front of a neighbor's house. It's very lucky that I found it before it was stolen. Convenient purchase

Excellent product for my Canon 940 copier
Extremely pleased with this toner cartridge after trying three different E-40 cartridges which for some reason would not work in my copier.

Cannon Toner Cartridge
It was just what I needed. My copier was starting to show signs of wear. I hoped I wouldn't need a new copier but my wife said try a new cartridge first. She was right now all my copies are just fine.

Copier’s all set
With the instructions I was able to pull out the old cartridge and insert the new one no problem. It was good first try. I have a very old copier too as you can see it’s been around and moved a lot!!!

While it worked fine the cost is really much too high. Should not be over $50.
