Pin Back Undesirable
Pin back badges are undesirable due to damage to clothing. Ended up going to lanyards and holders that are lanyard-compatible.

Thin plastic that bends and wrinkles easily. Pin does not hold well on shirts.

Takes hours to design using chrome and adobe to print does not align with the template. Why can we not just go back to selecting paper type select Avery and the template! No we have to enolvolve 12 other programs now. Off to go back to the store get plane card stock and go old school and cut my own. Ridiculous!

Better looking than stick-on tags.
These are nicer than stick on tags. Better looking. the outside material is non-glare, easy to read through.
Only draw back was the inserts come in single column format, not 2 columns per sheet.
Expect to buy more in the future.

Poor paper quality and formatting instructions
The paper and the plastic jacket were flimsy. The formatting and printing instructions were not user friendly. I ended up printing the names on another label and putting them on the badge paper. Disappointed.

Pluses and Minuses for the Pin-on Badges
The badges are nicely constructed and work fine, however, unlike some of their other printable badges, the ability to design the layout and text of the badge is extremely limited. I ended up using adhesive backed inserts due to their more extensive design options.

I love the idea of the kit but I was unable to figure out how to print the name tags I created on the card stock that came in the kit. Staples said their printer could not print it because of the dimensions. I could not find a corresponding print paper in the drop down menu of my printer. Labels stay where they're put
In the past, I have created pin-style badges, but the plastic sheath was open on both sides, and the badges tended to slide out when no one was looking. These load from the top, and that makes it much more likely to last a good long while.
