This is working nicely. Had tried 2 after market replacements -- much cheaper but failed badly.

I Need the Drum Also!
I wish the drum was available too. I would have ordered them both. Yet, we are still stuck with our copier down! There is no timeline available to get this part in. Extremely frustrated!!!!

it's toner, comes in a box, still in box. not exactly what I ordered, different from picture. Don't know if it's exactly the same product. Has an"N" added to product model number.
