Not in store easily obtainable
Went to Staples to get this toner cartridge for a laser printer and couldn't find it on the self. An associate was able to easily locate it online and have it shipped directly to our address. Product came in less than three days and we were back up and running.

HP 96A Toner Cartridge 96 A
Installed new cartridge but very unsatisfactory! The ink is distributed unevenly so some lines print excessive ink which smears into other lines.

HP Toners!
I have the task of ordering office supplies for 8 offices. When ordering toner cartridges that duty is made much easier because there is no guess work involved. I know if we use genuine HP toner cartridges there is ease of loading the new cartridge and I don't have to worry about making a mess. Product review: This toner cartridge is getting harder to find and much more expensive. The laser printer is a vitual wok-horse and I hate to replace it.
The cartridge seems to work well.

Good service and free shipping
The salesperson in my local Staples was very helpful. When he found that the product wasn't available in-store he placed an online order for me that included free shipping to my home. I had it the next day.

Quick and Easy
I was able to order the toner needed for our office online at a cost lower then we had been paying and it was shipped free of charge and received the next day. I don't know what could be simpler.

Hve been using this cartridge for years...
My HP 2200 printer is still going strong and it uses the HP 96A replacement toner and never fails.

worth the price
There was a time I bought re-filled cartridges but having had a couple fail one which made a huge mess of my printer I buy new HP units only.
