Not worth the savings
Do not buy this product for use in large mailings....envelopes do not stay sealed. Savings are moot if envelopes pop open and mail falls out even before mailing. Even as I was stuffing and sealing them, it was evident that these weren't going to stay sealed...and it was a new box. Doing 1500 plus mailers several times a year, this isn't cost effective.

Wrong Choice
The adhesive is a very thin strip - less than a quarter of an inch, and it's nearly half an inch from the edge, so it leaves an unsealed flap.
We also found several that weren't glued at the seams and had to be taped.
I won't buy these again.

Self-seal: A JOKE!
To call these “self-seal” envelopes is a real joke! Had to tape all to keep them sealed. Also, the quality of the paper is not great - you can see the interior printed page on the outside. WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN.

They work really well with self sticking closure. They are much easier than they metal closures that most very large envelopes have.

These envelopes were okay, but just barely. The adhesive didn't stick very well, and it was too easy to open the envelopes back up after they had been sealed. They either need to improve the adhesive quality, or use a thicker band of adhesive.
