Great buy
Great price for a bulk size order. These envelopes are perfect for my application and don’t have the metal clasp that the post office dings you for. Repeat purchase and will buy them again

Bad glue
These envelopes do not seal with out additional glue. Worse ones we have ever had.

Useful size
I liked these envelopes for the capacity as well as the size being less expensive to mail. The box of 500 is a boon! No extra printed packaging, just a sturdy box.

Strong paper for packages of greeting cards, BUT..
This is a 'hardy' envelope but gave us fits in process of filling and sealing and stacking in trays due to the bottom "lip" catching on the next envelope!
Would not be hard to trim that ...

Catalog envelopes
These are very sturdy to handle small booklets; I'd like to see an envelope which is slightly larger but smaller than a 9 x 12.

Gum not very good
The envelopes worked for our mailing but we had to use a glue stick to seal them. Definitely would not stay sealed with just being moistened.

Hard to close
The envelopes are very thin and hard to close. I have to use packaging tape to secure the top.

These are just what I needed for my online store mailings. The flaps don’t always stick down, but I use a piece of tape on them and it’s fine.

I checked everywhere and this was the best price. You may get cheaper but look at the weight of the paper - it is a lower grade.

Payment envelopes
These envelopes are great if you want to print on them using your photo copier. We use them to collect weekly payments, so we print the dates of each week with a space to initial when payment was made.
