Paper weight is too light
In general, this is a good lab book. It's the right size (for me), and the quality is decent, but the paper is just too light-weight, and ink from anything other than a ballpoint pen easily bleeds through.

Great for Taking Notes
I've been buying this notebook for the last 3 years for work. with the grid pattern, helps divide up the page and organize notes. also, the sticker tabs are great marking out sections.

Perfect Engineering Notebook
I use these for my daily engineering notebook. The hardcover is nice & durable. The graph pages are ideal for both written notes and sketches. The notebooks come with stickers for the front cover, spine and page tags to identify important bits.
