We recently did our monthly Search and Rescue training at 10-degrees Fahrenheit with a wind-chill of -10-degrees. The 4-in-1 Hi-Vis is the very best whether for hunting or when blaze orange is required, as in a ground-pounder Search and Rescue Team. I bought this several years ago, 2010, and it still works fine. The multiple layers allow me to wear it anytime during the year. It has retained its reflective properties despite numerous cleanings. It will keep you dry and during cold weather warm. Wind resistant, easy to add or remove layers.
