does not self stick
I still had to use scotch tape as the self sticking was not very good

Staples QuickStrip EasyClose Envelopes
Not only do these new envelopes taste terrible when you lick them but then they dont even stick. I have to use Scotch tape to seal them and that tastes a little better but still it doesn't stick that well after licking. Maybe a cough syrupy flavor would taste better and stick better too, My cough syrup bottles are all very sticky and they are difficult to open so I gues...

AMAZING Envelopes!!
These are the most incredible envelopes I have ever purchased! So WHITE. And the QuickStrip EasyClose Self Seal is so EASY, it's just the bee's knees. I have never been so happy about a purchase as I have about these wonderful envelopes. Envelopes don’t hold up
Received complaints about envelopes opening up in transit, then saw it myself when a mailing was returned to me. Seals on the sides had blown open, causing the top to also open up (seal seemed to hold on the top though). Will not use these any further and will not buy again

Consistent Quality—Manufacture and Use
Over the years, I have used many boxes of these envelopes. I have never found a defective one. The self-sealing feature has always worked as advertised and so has resulted in a more consistent than the typical “lick and stick” variety.
