Aidata Rocking Footrest Black
This footrest helps with my leg circulation. I make sure to rock it back and forth several times a day to stimulate the blood flow in my feet and legs. I noticed that I do not have as much swelling in my feet and ankles from sitting at my desk.

Great for tired legs
I bought a rocking foot rest for under my desk. It helps alleviate the leg cramps I sometimes get from sitting too long. Great for calf exercises and plantar fasciitis. My physical therapist recommended trying this.

Foot Rest
I thought it was taller but other than that it is good. I like that it rocks and doesn't fall apart like my previous foot rest.
