Too expensive & possible spray
Toner price increase is huge. Toner can spray into copier $ create major repair…. Had to send to specialist to clean drums. Bill was $500+ & still not right. Copier is office not gone.

too pricey AND malfunctioned
The cost of this and the other toners is going so high that I may have to donate the printer and start with a new one - NOT HP. And .... this toner "sprayed" out into my printer and embedded onto other toner drums so that I now have lines going through all my printing. The repair tech ($151.20) told me to ditch the current Magenta and install a new one - $363 !!. Still...

Excellent except for the website
