Did not perform as advertised
I bought this thinking it would last longer than the smaller cartridge. I got less than 30 printed pages. Office Jet Pro 8500 constantly is cleaning the printheads, etc. using up ink as if it were water.

Runs out to fast!
This cost to much for how fast it runs out!!!!!!!!!!!. I just purchased another HP printer because the Staple Tec told me it was the best on the market. They must get kick backs . It was the worst printer I ever got. If it does not perform I will return it and never buy anything HP again!

Mona is fabulous in Print services
Mona graciously took on a very large order that needed to be turned around quickly...print, laminate, cut hundreds of signs. What a wonderful, customer service oriented person! She and Happy are a great team
