Did not perform as advertised
I bought this thinking it would last longer than the smaller cartridge. I got less than 30 printed pages. Office Jet Pro 8500 constantly is cleaning the printheads, etc. using up ink as if it were water.

I will buy this product again.
I am glad to see that this product comes with all four cartridges in one package. It saves me a little bit of money and now I have a replacement cartridge ready when I need it.

Excellent product but still to expensive
A lesser price would be adequate or maybe an alternative product that has instead 5 stars only 3 or 4 stars. Most of the printed paper goes in the waste basket anyway, usually after the first read. Just a thought.

Very pricey
I don't like spending $100+ for ink. It shouldn't cost that much. My next printer purchase will include in-depth market research on how much replacement ink will cost over time.

Too Expensive
My problem is I do a lot of black only copying and yet it is using my color all the time. This is what I dislike. Why does it not just use the black? My other printers just used the black when I ordered it to print in black only.

What I dont like is when the cartridges run low, not empty the printer claims that it is empty. The tape over the bladder hole sort of works. Glad my car doesnt run on HP ink. The staples 20% off coupon helped a lot with pricing.

HP 940XL Black and Standard Color Comb
The combo is not bad, as generally it seems you use twice the black to the colors. I prefer to buy the XL for all black and color, because they all do not run out and change at the same time. I WISH you could get Combo Pkg. with All
