Did not perform as advertised
I bought this thinking it would last longer than the smaller cartridge. I got less than 30 printed pages. Office Jet Pro 8500 constantly is cleaning the printheads, etc. using up ink as if it were water.

Lasts and Lasts
This is my third HP printer. When I deposit the empty cartridges at Staples, I get discounts on new printer ink cartridges. I get the multipack for color printers. That way, I get a discount for each cartridge I return. That is four cartridges in a pack.

Great ink for a great printer
I've been pleased with my HP OfficeJet Pro 8500A Premium. It's a versatile machine and performs all functions well. The ink cartridges are effective and easy to use.

HP940xl & 940 Combo Pack review
I do a lot of color copying and I went through 2 kodaks before the salesman recommended the HP. He said with HP you get the most prints out of the ink cartridges. He was right! I probably get 2500 copies out of each 'set' of cartridges. I only wish the colors came in XL size also. A little pricey at almost $100 for the 4 pack, but still, lots of copies....

Combo pack is the way to go.
Being a Real Estate agent, I print listings with pictures. I love the fact that with the combo pack, I always have the color needed.

It works, just not as many pages print
It is a high priced ink device, common to the corporate rip off we have experienced for years. They might as well just give us the printer for the outrageous amount they charge you for the ink.

The cartridges are difficult to remove, long nose pliers help. Color good, price was below [@] for the Combo 4 pack.
