Always works, never plugs up the print heads.
Pros: Always works & never plugs up the print heads; lasts a reasonably long time Cons: price

Did not perform as advertised
I bought this thinking it would last longer than the smaller cartridge. I got less than 30 printed pages. Office Jet Pro 8500 constantly is cleaning the printheads, etc. using up ink as if it were water.
