This has happened before and now twice in the last couple of weeks, I did not receive the original order and now I have not received the replacement. Only 1 cartridge received but ordered 2
Cartridge is fine. But I ordered, and was charged for, two of the Canon 240XL cartridges, but only received one. There is no way to handle this online...no button to click to indicate that there was a problem with the order. I mostly need to use delivery because I am in a wheelchair and do not drive.
