Check the label
It is very easy to mistake these printable badge inserts for the larger size. I thought I checked carefully but still bought the wrong size. I have never seen a badge this small that wasn’t a “stick-on”.

Frustration with Video Instruction
I gave this 4 out of 5 stars. The badges are great but I struggled with the online video instructions. It took too long to figure out that you can’t just print one badge and then another one. You have to do them in batches or one big batch. A brand new template has to be made from the beginning. Reusing a template for each batch causes problems. Of course, I could have ...

Great product
This is a great product. Everyone needs these refills for name tags. They are pricey and the prices has jumped greatly. These are not the lowest priced option on the market but they seem to be the only option carried by Staples. Hence 3 stars.

Perfect when I printed examples to share @ meeting
When I tried to go back and print the other name tags I have not been able to add the new file to print. The first file worked perfectly.

Easy to use name badges
Perfect for events. We use magnetic badges so we don't have to deal with laynards. It's nice to customize them for each event's theme. Clients return the magnetic badges at end of event so we can recycle.

The inserts are fine quality and work well. Fit the holders. My issue is the 400 insert size is the only box available. I don't need that many and Staples did offer a there own brand as an option.
