Very Bad Quality
These break on a weekly basis and have to be replaced in our gas station. I have to keep purchasing them to get through the soap we have on hand. I am definitely going with another brand as soon as the soap is used up. I would not recommend this dispenser for frequently used places.

Meh. Cheap plastic handle
Cheap plastic handle/lever to dispense soap. I have to replace these pretty regularly. If people have their hands too close and soap collects on the pump part of the cartridge. Eventually the pump won't retract back out and people believe hitting the handle harder will solve the problem. Broken handle soon to follow. Design and user fail.

Very Bad Quality

Quality went downhill....
Purchased this to replace a broken dispenser (kimberly clark same exact shape size just different brand printed). My original one had a broken face plate so i was able to remove the faceplate of the new dispenser and installed. unfortunately it seems quality of these have gone downhill seems like they are using very cheap plastic when comparing old vs new side by sid...

Poor quality
I purchased 5 of these for my office in February and have had to replace all of them once already. The plastic tab on the bottom that pushes in breaks off each time. When they aren't broken they work fine.

Good product
Very affordable. Needs to be screwed into the wall unlike other dispensers that use command strips - takes more time to install but more stable for the long haul. Works fine.
