Worked for us!
It fit our purpose. Great out in the field with just enough light shinning through so we don't need an expensive tool. We just put a grid paper on the clip board and use a thin paper to draw our lines on. Easy peasy and Inexpensive!

Good but not heavy-duty
The clasp part is fine, and the rulers are handy. But, and this is the only bad feature, it is thin and more flexible than I would like. If you prefer a stiff backboard, this isn't for you. If you can stand some flexing, it's fine.
