New Coffee Maker
So far everything that I hoped for works great coffee great heats up fast and coffee is hot.

No actual coffee pot
There is no indication that the actual pot for brewing coffee is not included. I cannot believe at this price it doesn't include the actual place to MAKE the coffee.

cracked frame/bubbled front
The coffee maker is great... however when we opened it the plastic frame on the top right was cracked and the "Bunn" decal on the front has large bubbles in it. So far the coffee maker is working... however the cracked frame leaves us with concerns that there could possibly be inner damage. I guess we'll see??? We went from a El-Cheep-O $20 to this and is amazing that you can make a pot of coffee in about 45-60 seconds. I am glad it doesn't come with the carafes so you can pick which ones you want.

Bunn coffee maker
Very good coffee maker bought one 12 years ago and it was great for our wholesale business had to make a small repair because it leaked a little but repair was made with no more problems

Can’t be beat.
This was a replacement for a unit like it that we had had 10 years or better. I think a heating element was going out in the old one.

GREAT MACHINE!
Our company had this coffee pot for years and years but it is finally on its last leg. It has been such a good product though we have decided to order another one. We give 5 stars!! :-)
