I only needed one cartridge! Will not live long enough to use two!
Already responded that it is unfair to make a customer buy two in a pack when self life and use are considered. $215 for two cartridges is really unconscionable and unfair. Address the issue…..

Too early to review!
I re-order when I open and install my backup. I won't be installing this purchase until I need it. It may be one month or six months depending on usage. Based on prior experience I am expecting 5 star performance!

Good product terrible customer service
This toner cartridge did not come with any installation directions-just a vague sketch on the box. It did come with clear recycling instructions and a mailing label. So I called HP and their customer service was terrible. I was told my printer was obsolete and they wanted me to email them a photo proving I got a genuine HP cartridge when I had paid over $100 to get one...

78A Ink cartridges for HP Printer
We have an older printer and I was disappointed that you can only purchase a double set of cartridges instead of only one.

easy to install long lasting it is a value when you buy two but if you are trying to get the staples discount for buying multiple cartridges this does not count as two it is just one item towards the two-item minimum.

Great printing
This printer has been around for years is used frequently and has been our workhorse out in the warehouse. This toner/ink combo is easy to install and use.
