HP 304 Black Toner
I only purchase HP products as one time an office staff purchased a generic one and it leaked. It was so bad it was cheaper to purchase a brand new printer than trying to cleanout the old printer.

The cartridge leaked ink along the side of each page even when I was only trying to print in black & white. Not only did it mess up the copies I was printing, so that they were only usable as drafts, but I was unable to just remove the cartridge (or replace it with an old spent cartridge) and print in black and white since the CP2025 printer requires that a non-empty ca...

Printer options on consumables.
We've had an HP Colorlaserjet CP2025dn for years. The complaints about the printer saying it's out of toner when there is in fact toner left are accurate. There is a setting in the printer configuration that will let you override this. That will allow your printer to continue to operate long past the point it would normally refuse to operate due to the "empty" toner car...

I expect less when I am forced to use subquality products. HP is far from subquality and has an excellent reputation. For someone who does a lot of at-home office work and marketing, I go through a lot of ink! We all know ink cartridges are expensive so when HP started offering the combo pack it was definitely the way to go and save some money.
