GREAT CHOICE FOR SHIPPING
I ship hundreds of item primarily antique glass of all kinds and have used several sizes of these boxes. They work great and are priced right with free delivery. I’ve looked at other supplies services and none can compare.

Won't buy again
Boxes hard to mess up right? Well they did. First of all the boxes arrived damaged. I was still able to use them but they look pretty bad. The deal breaker for me though is the fact that these are not 12x12x12. They're actually a quarter inch bigger on 2 sides and a half inch bigger on the third side. Restock order
FedEx lost my first Auto reorder and I watched it not move for 2 days and let Staples know and they checked on it and then stated a new order at no charge and it got here on time no problem. Will stay with auto reorder works great.

Weird size
I bought these to pack up my vinyl records for moving and they are just a little too small inside to work as planned. They are still usable and an acceptable choice if budget and/or weight is a concern but you have to finagle them a bit and won't be able to close them up tightly so I don't recommend them for packing records to ship or for a long distance move

Short on Quantity
I ordered the 12x12x12 box bundle (25 boxes per bundle). They sent 24 boxes. Not a huge deal but I did pay for 25 boxes.

Customer service was great!
I bought several of these packs And they shipped with UPS. However they show delivered but never showed up. They must’ve been delivered to the wrong address however I contacted Staples and they quickly sent out replacements and Were very helpful. I would highly recommend them.
