To be honest, I don't known because this pill is smaller than the other ones and has different ingredients, but it says it works better than the other ones. Easy to swallow

Do your body a favor and use Move Free
I have been using Ultra 3X Triple Action Move Free for over 7 years. The caplet is very small, all you need is one per day. I am 66 years and I walk over 10,000 steps per day. I can freely move, bend and walk. I urge everyone who had a demanding schedule, take one caplet daily and Move Free.
