Perfect Fit
The hanging file system with frame has worked out very well for our file drawers. The file cabinet had been donated and was missing the rods to support pendaflex folders. This is working perfectly for us.

Instructions?
I've never received something that is supposed to be assembled that did not come with instructions. I m sitting here with four pieces of metal trying to figure it out, but why should I have to do all that? This is really ridiculous.

Not user friendly
I don't have plyers at work to cut to the length I needed. There were horrible choices to begin with, and this one lived up to the disappointing expectation.

I love this little packet. It comes with everything so it's very efficient. It was a little difficult to put together but I figured it out and it's fine.

Waste of time/money
It is flimsy and though there were no directions to put it together, I figured it out. The problem is, if you don't have the tool to cut the metal supports, you can't use it. I was able to bend them but then my drawer would not close. Since I had maneuvered the parts, I couldn't return it. I wasted money.

Great product for standard size office file cabinet.
No problem with installation. I have a shorter desk drawer than the rails of the holder but I had the proper tool to trim properly. I would buy this item again if the need arises.

Just What I Needed
Was looking for a hanging file system for my desk drawer. This came with everything I needed. No directions were give to assemble the frame, but it was pretty easy to figure out.
I like the three different colors for organizing my files. I was able to get free shipping which helped a lot and it arrived in two days! I couldn’t be happier…thanks Staples.

Not long enough for a standard file drawer
The rails are too short for a standard file cabinet drawer. Will be returning.
