HP inks are true to color
I'm very happy with the HP inks. they are easy to install and are true to color.

terrible
I don't use my printer a lot. the cartridges do not come close to lasting as long as advertised. I probably haven't printed more than 200 pages in the almost two years I've had it and bought four or five cartridges already,not worth the money.

For reliability, stay with original manufacturer cartridges
Works as advertised. Since losing my last inkjet printer due to plugged jets caused by cheap cartridges bought online, I always use original manufacturer cartridges

Ink is what i needed cat the time
It's good to know that you have the ink I need in an emergency. I can order on line direct from HP and get it fo a bit less per cartridge but i do like the convince of driving a couple of miles and not having to wait for the product. I am not a high user of ink, there fore I have-not entered into any subscriptions or regular delivery programs.

Three weeks is a short amount of time. I understand you are disappointed with the result. If you printed thirty to fifty pages daily, a cartridge could quickly be depleted in that timeframe. If you printed a few pages, the cartridge could be fixed or dry. Cleaning the cartridge is always the first troubleshooting measure to take.
