I am so disappointed in the quality of the sprinter and the cost of the ink which only lasts two weeks. I went to Staples and spoke to an employee. They recommended this printer and it was the worst purchase I have ever made.

I like the fact that the cartridges are so easy to replace and that the printer will not only let you know the level is low but will let you know that you need to need to replace the ink cartridge. I print in both black and white and color. My black and white documents come out very nice and hold up very well over time. I do a lot of greeting cards so color is very imp...

You can always rely on HP products...
I have relied on HP products for many years and would not consider changing to anything else. My printer is always reliable and when I need a new cartridge I can easily change it. ink does not last. have to replace too often every month. looking into a different brand of printer.

Don't last long
Need to buy these cartridges separately the bargain "all in one" package doesn't last long at all. Even the Xtra runs out sooner than it used to. I remember them lasting longer. I use them for business (after school craft classes) and personal.

True colors.
Love this brand and shade of ink. But I am a heavy user of ink. I am still waiting for one that lasts and lasts and lasts.

A GREAT IMPROVEMENT OVER THE REGULAR
For those of us who print photos often this is quite an improvement over the regular lasting ones saving time work and I believe even money.

Love My Photos
Now that I've learned how to print my own photos the quality is as good as taking them to have printed some place else. I Love the colors on my photos they look like a professional processed them. My only problem is the cartridge life is not long enough. I have been told there is a way to save on the usage of ink I just don't know the proper steps to do this any sugge...
