I am so disappointed in the quality of the sprinter and the cost of the ink which only lasts two weeks. I went to Staples and spoke to an employee. They recommended this printer and it was the worst purchase I have ever made.

I am happy with quality of color
I was pleased how many copiesI got from cartridge in printer at time of purchase and expect long life with new larger cartridge

black cartidge is great
I have found the XL cartridges are the best for my use as I do computer work for a lady and type reports daily. The XL saves me from having to make so many trips to replace the black cartridge. Very big improvement on installation
I am pleased with ease of replacement of cartridges .no messy ink on fingers. quantity of copies makes it extra easy with fewer changes

XL is the way to go but
NOT sure the XL is worth it but seeeeeeems longer lasting than ordinary cartridge

Great Price
I had to by a new printer and I find that this printer has a cleaner finish with color and without. But have to use the XL cartridge because the regular cartridge does not last long especially if you are printing pictures.

I was disappointed.
I ordered all four color ink cartridges for my printer. I was told to replace the yellow last week which I did. The next day I was prompted to change the yellow again. I removed it and put it back then got a notice that the cartridge was damaged. I can not print until I purchase and replace the cartridge. Too much whiz and not enough bang.
It seems that what is now considered "XL" is the same life span as the old regular and the regular or non XL runs out much sooner. So we end up paying more to get the same. I use this ink only. It dry quick and doesn't smear. It easy to change also. I print at least 20 pages or more each week for my Sunday school class. The kids have no problems reading the pages. I buy a lot of paper and use a lot of ink. I am a pastor and make copies of my sermons for the hard-of-hearing and the homebound. I enjoy writing and printing the church newsletter I must make a copy correct my mistakes and copy again. It is black and white because I must make at least 50 copies and the church printer only makes them not color. It is too expensive for me to make the colored ones here at home for the church. The price is right
The HP 933XL ink cartridges are well worth the money. We go through a lot of ink and glad that this is our cartridge because it seems to last the longest.
