I am so disappointed in the quality of the sprinter and the cost of the ink which only lasts two weeks. I went to Staples and spoke to an employee. They recommended this printer and it was the worst purchase I have ever made.

HP Printers
Unfortunately. I’ll never get to know how well the ink cartridge works because the printer died after installing the cartridge. We’re so fed up with HP printers. Had to buy a color print cartridge to print in black only then printer displayed new messages. SO DISAPPOINTED.

Return and replacement of ink
I bought one 932 XL It did not work because ink was dry I came to the store and great MANAGER gave me a replacement It works like charm Good work Keep it up

HP 933XL
It's ink! HP will soon price themselves out of the market. Up in price by more than $4 in one year? Wish my pay went up in the same percentage range. Will never buy another HP product due to higher than average prices. What a joke! Glad to see how loyalty pays off-oh at least to the company!

Unfortunately the printer malfunctioned that night and it had to be replaced. So it was a purchase that wasn't needed.

Too much money
Too little ink use it because I have no choice. Cars have standardized tire sizes printers should do the same

HP 932 XL ink cartridge
This cartridge is excellent for doing a lot of printing. You can't go wrong with original HP ink cartridges I've been using these for years tried off brand cartridges they are not as good of quality as HP.
