HP inks are true to color
I'm very happy with the HP inks. they are easy to install and are true to color.

terrible
I don't use my printer a lot. the cartridges do not come close to lasting as long as advertised. I probably haven't printed more than 200 pages in the almost two years I've had it and bought four or five cartridges already,not worth the money.

They work well

Another chance for HP to overcharge me. Software disallows: I just wanted to use the black ink. I haven't used color settings in months, now, all of a sudden I need to change a color cartridge, all so that I can continue printing in black ink? NOT FAIR!

Pleased. I thought they would cost more but they actually cost the same or less. It's fast and convenient...so, why not?

Easy on-line process
HP Smart software informed me that I was getting toward the end of this color cartridge and permitted me time to order. Cartridge arrived on time so that my holiday cards and letters were uninterrupted. As I am home- bound due to mobility health issues, the ease of on- line ordering and on time home delivery is very helpful to me.
