I am so disappointed in the quality of the sprinter and the cost of the ink which only lasts two weeks. I went to Staples and spoke to an employee. They recommended this printer and it was the worst purchase I have ever made.

HP933 Cartridge
I have been using this cartridge for years and have been impressed with the production.

I have HP printer and only use HP cartridge. Staples price was cheaper than ordering from HP.

I use these because I feel I can't trust other generics but they sure don't last long and I don't even do a lot of copying

I need to replace too often even when the color is not used very often. Why is that???

Your employee Haley was most helpful to me at checkout. I had picked up the wrong cartridge for my printer she verified my history so that I could purchase the correct cartridge. I really appreciate her helpfulness.

Waste
I was disappointed that my printer froze until I replaced all the cartridges instead of just the one that was low.

933xl ink cartridge
Have always had luck using the cartridges. The are long lasting and true to color.

Nothing to say except that this is the recommended cartridge for my computer. It just seem to use ink up quickly. That’s the way it’s always been.

Black printer ink
Not very sexy; but HP ink is the best. Bought this extra large cartridge; because I work from home and hate to run out of ink in the middle of a project. Super easy to install.

Great customer service/Horrible product
Customer service was absolutely fantastic! The product is horrible. It is designed to run out of ink early and be extremely expensive.
