I am so disappointed in the quality of the sprinter and the cost of the ink which only lasts two weeks. I went to Staples and spoke to an employee. They recommended this printer and it was the worst purchase I have ever made.

I am not use new ink yet . The ink’s numbers has changed since I bought last time I have a little concerned. Last time I bought ink it said hp 923 I was told it changed to 933. I hope she is right. I will find out soon.

Overpriced Ink
The price I was charged for this ink is just simply ridiculous. I needed it so I bought it but I will seek alternatives online in the future.

Good quality
Good quality ink just not good pricing. I “inherited “ this kind of printer and the ink cartridges are so expensive I haven’t been able to us this printer in over 2 yrs.

"Counterfeit" cartridge messages???
The ink cartridge arrived in a box and plastic housing identical to the old one. HOWEVER when I installed the cartridge I got several error messages indicating that the cartridge was a counterfeit cartridge. I have printed several documents and have had no problems. So I don't know what to make of the counterfeit messages. Is this a recycled cartridge that somehow...

I realized I failed to notice the ink cartridge numberer replacement for my new HP 6001 printer. The associate looked up the ink for HP6001 printer and sold me these. I now know 932XL/ 933 is completely wrong!! I should have number 68 cartridges. will be bringing these back

Tired of after market refillable ink/generic inks not working
Ink is expensive. Let's get that out of the way. HP printers have been particular about the type of ink cartridges they'll accept and after a run of generic ink cartridges my printer finally had enough and refused to work. Went in to exchange n get new ink. Gentlemen behind counter said no can do so I left . Upon returning for something else I ask the guy behind counter why I couldn’t exchange ink as it was wrong n I never used it he said no problem so I got correct in n other items I needed paid n was out in less than 15 minutes. Cartridge didn't work properly in my printer.
My printer doesn't print the two colors of the magenta and cyan cartridges that I just replaced. The printer made prints correctly before I had to replace the cartridges.
