HP inks are true to color
I'm very happy with the HP inks. they are easy to install and are true to color.

terrible
I don't use my printer a lot. the cartridges do not come close to lasting as long as advertised. I probably haven't printed more than 200 pages in the almost two years I've had it and bought four or five cartridges already,not worth the money.

Next day delivery
I think their prices are a little higher then other places but the equipment doesn't like it if you use other brands. Rarely do I get my product in the delivery time I choose.

not long lasting
the issue with all these ink cartridges is that HP says they last for a few hundred copies. since I've owned this printer and use it sparingly I have gone through an abundance if all the cartridges. I have spent more than five times the price of the printer on ink.

Ink dries up when not used
I mostly print black and white. I rarely do any color printing. It is frustrating that the color cartridges go empty when barely used. It is even more frustrating that I cannot print using only the black cartridge when the a color cartridge is empty.

"Up to 330 pages"...yeah, right
The ink is good quality. We probably printed 15 pages in color over the six months that we had this cartridge. Now the printer won't let me print in B&W because it's depleted. Where did the ink go? Is my printer using it to create black? Frustrating. Expensive. I want the other promised 315 pages.
