I am so disappointed in the quality of the sprinter and the cost of the ink which only lasts two weeks. I went to Staples and spoke to an employee. They recommended this printer and it was the worst purchase I have ever made.

Purchase didn’t help received the black and color ink.Opened it up a found out printer can’t find printerhead .After several try’s to reinstall it.I have to buy a new printer and wasted my money.

Availabity
I PUCHASED A 7X9” THEE RING BINDER. only to finder that you could not supply the alphabetical divider that I wanted. IT TOOK SOME TIME TO FIND A COMPANY TO TAKE CARE OF MY NEEDES.Why sell a binder that cannot make it useful.I cannot see why other sites can spply ay a much more reasonable price. After a long peridot I’m becoming distfied with Staples

Ink okay...brought several empty cartridges in and the sales guy set an account up for me so I was reimbursed 2 dollars for each cartridge returned..had no idea

Haven't had to install this pack yet but if it is same as all the other HP 932 and 933 printer ink I've purchased from Staples it will be fine for my purposes. Easy to install good color long lasting for what I use it for (at home printing). Best thing at this time is the on line ordering with free shipping from Staples.. Delivered to my door in 2 days! Can't beat ...
