I am so disappointed in the quality of the sprinter and the cost of the ink which only lasts two weeks. I went to Staples and spoke to an employee. They recommended this printer and it was the worst purchase I have ever made.

Colors don’t last
The color volumes decrease too rapidly when I don’t even print in color.

Ink is what i needed cat the time
It's good to know that you have the ink I need in an emergency. I can order on line direct from HP and get it fo a bit less per cartridge but i do like the convince of driving a couple of miles and not having to wait for the product. I am not a high user of ink there fore I have-not entered into any subscriptions or regular delivery programs.

Way too expensive!! Highway robbery!! I get a few sheets printed and then it tells me cartridges no longer work!! The thousands of $ I’ve spent on cartridges is BEYOND BELIEF!!!😡

Hello Wayne Three weeks is a short amount of time. I understand you are disappointed with the result. If you printed thirty to fifty pages daily a cartridge could quickly be depleted in that timeframe. If you printed a few pages the cartridge could be fixed or dry. You need it they got it
Somehow I came up empty on printers black ink cartridge. No better place to make a replacement today than Staples. X2 size ink. I'm so happy 😊

Printer ink
The ink is randomly printing in only magenta colors. Everything is coming out with a pink hue.

Hi there Heather It seems you got a defective cartridge. I'm very sorry the pages are only printing magenta. You mention a pink hue. I recommend you clean all of the printheads and look for a leak. Turning off the printer and restarting is a good idea. Try replacing all of the cartridges and seeing if that resolves the issue. Cartridge leak
The magenta cartridge leaked in the printer. I returned and received a replacement. The printer is no longer working. I am returning the cartridges and hopefully getting my money refunded.

Grossly overpriced
These cartridges are made for HP printers. Good. But there is no reason on earth why they are so expensive except that this is the HP profit center. Buy alternates on line.
