I am so disappointed in the quality of the sprinter and the cost of the ink which only lasts two weeks. I went to Staples and spoke to an employee. They recommended this printer and it was the worst purchase I have ever made.

Not worth the price
The ink prints well but it runs out way to quick and is not worth the price. However I feel like I’m stuck with this ink for awhile now as I do not want to buy a new printer

I only buy XL ink. It lasts longer- less gas used running out to purchases.

HP needs to invent a way to refill
I'm tired of buying ink every couple of months... I know that's how HP makes their money by selling printers that don't prevent ink from drying out... but that doesn't mean I have to keep buying their printers.... My next printer will be more "cost effective" when it comes to how much ink I will have to replace and how often....

The price is high. Need to be in the 20’s. The colored ink only covers 800 pages while the black and white covers only 1000 pages. HP needs to make this adjustment to keep customers from buying other printers.

Great
It's a good value. It's one of few that offers x in the color ink which is great if you do lots of color professional printing. The quality is also good right to the end.
