I am so disappointed in the quality of the sprinter and the cost of the ink which only lasts two weeks. I went to Staples and spoke to an employee. They recommended this printer and it was the worst purchase I have ever made.

value cartridge
The XL cartridges are the best value for the money. I can get a lot more printing done with them. However I recommend getting doubles of the yellow as it runs out faster than any of the other colors.

I use the ink and have had very good results. I usally get the XL as it seems to be a better buy.

HP ink is too expensive
This ink didn't last as long as I thought it would and now I'm out buying another cartridge for an arm and a leg! The quality print is good. I have nothing bad to say about the ink but they could at least make them last longer for the amount of money I'm spending.

Although somewhat expensive it does outlast the do it yourself refills and the regular cartride. So I give it a thumbs up!!!

HP INK CARTRIGE
I buy high capacity tanks because they are more economical and keep me from having to run to the ink store once a month.

XL cartridges last a long time and are worth the extra money. I always use HP cartridges and always get good results.

Never run short of ink
I never worry that I won't be able to get the right ink for my printer--it's always in stock at my Staples

The ink in the cartridge is the same as that advertised on the outside of the package which is the same as advertised on the Staples web page from which it was ordered. If it wasn't I'd have returned it and complained about either stupid help in the warehouse or false advertising. HP XL cartridges are the best and last a long time. I've never had an issue with an HP cartridge.

I recommend Brand named ink
The last time I ordered ink I made the mistake of going with a cheaper brand. BIG MISTAKE. I immediately noticed the difference. From now on I will only use HP inks for my HP printers. And using the XL vs. regular also makes the cartridge last al lot longer - more than 2x - so you are saving money.
