I am so disappointed in the quality of the sprinter and the cost of the ink which only lasts two weeks. I went to Staples and spoke to an employee. They recommended this printer and it was the worst purchase I have ever made.

I'm forced to buy this again & again
Confused as to why I a forced to change this cartridge when I don't make color copies!

XL is the only way to purchase cartridge
Totally happy with HP 6700 and all the XL cartridges. Would recommend this to family and friends. So easy to purchase through Staples.

Good buy for the money.
I like the idea of changing each color instead of having all the colors in the same cartridge as with my old printer. Just wished my computer or printer would let me know how the cartridges are doing instead of when it needs changing. As far as the cartridges are concern they are great easy to remove and replace. Easy to find on the store and the numbers are in dark...

Product ok service less than desirable.
Your Internet service is not user friendly. Also tax exempt sales are not processed with tax exemption. Phone service keeps customers waiting up to 10 minutes. Not user friendly.

Very Expensive Copying
I would use it more if I got more copies per cartridge. It costs me about 30 cents per page. There would still be a good profit at half the price.

Setup ink cartridges for office jet 621
The setup cartidges are of little value. Printed 8 documents and had to replace them.

Pleased the quality of the cartridges
We are very pleased with our printer and the quality of the cartridges. As volunteers we do a lot of printing work for a non-profit organization. Most of it is in black & white but some is in color and it's nice to be able to buy just the color cartridge you need. The quality of the output is great and it makes our work look good. I just wish the cartridges would last...

great quality and value
HP XL is the only ink I will buy never had a problem with it and the XL size cartridge really does last a lot longer even longer than they claim I think. Tip: sometimes your printer will "think" that you are low on ink by counting the sheets you printed but I find that I have many more sheets to go before I lose quality and need to actually change out the cartridge ...

Shopping at Staples
Ink is expensive no matter where you buy it so I was glad to see that Staples had a program that gives you a % of your money back based on how much you spend in their store. The ink was very easy to install but I have not had to replace it yet so I'm not sure how long it lasts. The employees were all very helpful and kind. HP Ink Cartridges for 6600
I like the price on these ink cartridges because to replace them as much as I need to isn't so bad one color at a time. It won't break me when I need a new one every 1 1/2 weeks.
