I am so disappointed in the quality of the sprinter and the cost of the ink which only lasts two weeks. I went to Staples and spoke to an employee. They recommended this printer and it was the worst purchase I have ever made.

This is the OEM part for my HP printer. Glade to see that they are still making them. Good price extra fast delivery. Highly recommend.

Two cartridges don't print at all
I installed these and neither yellow nor magenta print at all. Printheads have been cleaned multiple times (using almost half the ink in the process) and these colors still don't print.

We need to pass laws against these!
Can someone justify the price charged for these? I can't. it's half the price I paid for the ENTIRE PRINTER.

To expensive
Moved to non color printer. Don’t like that the printer used up more expensive color cartridges when we rarely needed color printing.
