I am so disappointed in the quality of the sprinter and the cost of the ink which only lasts two weeks. I went to Staples and spoke to an employee. They recommended this printer and it was the worst purchase I have ever made.

Dries up way too soon
I used my previous ink jet about 10 times and then went to Florida for five months. On return it was dried up and I had to replace all three colors. Rip off though it works fine when it works

Not enough ink
These smaller cartridges don’t have enough ink. However Staples retail didn’t have any combo packs at the time I needed one so I had to settle for this.
