I am so disappointed in the quality of the sprinter and the cost of the ink which only lasts two weeks. I went to Staples and spoke to an employee. They recommended this printer and it was the worst purchase I have ever made.

Cartridge lasts a long time for my use
However the price of ink cartridges are way too high. I keep most things digital format because of the cost of printing hard copies. Ink shouldn't cost this much. It's ridiculous!

I have always used HP printers and their ink cartridges They are always reliable and consistent in color and print quality

not always red
This magenta cartridge does not always print red. Sometimes it prints brown and sometimes yellow. I never had this problem before think this is defective.

ORIGINAL IS BEST
HP original ink cartridge usually gives the best quality images with no problem.

Have to have ink
We always need ink. I wish it would last longer and my printer would still print things in black and white when one of the these is out. Sometimes I feel like it dries out quick when I don't use the printer often. Feels like I am constantly buying it. Anyway good and reliable.
