Great size for large items.
Love this box we have cut down to needed height in two instances and box is very strong and works great. If shipping large item this box is ideal.

Not for moving
These boxes are not very strong or durable. I would not recommend using them for anything but lightweight contents.

Poor quality - do not stay together
I buy a lot of boxes from Staples and they have been good but these 20 x 20 x 20 are poor quality as they are coming apart at the seams - going to have to use a lot of extra tape now so not worth it. They also arrived not completely covered in plastic and some were ripped/damaged - good thing it wasn't raining!!

Get a heavier box if you plan on shipping anything heavy.

Does what it says, but could be a bit stronger
The shipping boxes are as advertised. My only issue is that they do seem a bit insubstantial compared to some boxes I have used in the past. Given the size, I think that most users are likely to be shipping something on the heavier side so the support that the box gives is more important than for smaller boxes. I would not try shipping anything close to the limit stated...

be prepared for damaged shipments
the boxes themselves are fine. but think twice about ordering online. staples ships them in a stack, with a single plastic strap and no packaging around them.

Poor quality
Boxes arrived slightly damaged, looked like they got wet on the way. Cardboard is of low quality. A one time use at best.

Purchase of Boxes and BANNER
