Wrong Folders, twice.
Very unusually (for Staples), it was difficult to get this order (Folders, INK, Tissues). First, there was delay with a bizarre alert that there was no Shipping Address. Second, the wrong folders (I did not want "fastener" folders). Third, with Chats (plural) and delays (plural), duplicate orders got placed. Finally, the same wrong folders were included.
