Wrong Folders twice.
Very unusually (for Staples) it was difficult to get this order (Folders INK Tissues). First there was delay with a bizarre alert that there was no Shipping Address. Second the wrong folders (I did not want "fastener" folders). Third with Chats (plural) and delays (plural) duplicate orders got placed. Finally the same wrong folders were included. So now I have...
