For what it's supposed to do, it does a good job. It will give you a noticeable change in temperature during your work day. For some you dip in water for a few minutes, it sure puts a smile on your face feeling the chill!!! I would give this a 5 star rating but two things keep it from that. One is the velcro straps. It would be so much easier to have a one side with sti...
