Not happy
The first spool I used was dry and looked no better than the old one I took off. I'm afraid to open another one, it probably is old also.

Better To Buy Brand Name
Print is so faint that it is barely readable and definitely not scannable or able to copy.

Poor quality
The price was right but the ink on the ribbons was so light. It was as light as the spool I was trying to replace. I'm wondering if they were very old and dried up. I consider them unusable. Unfortunately, by the time I needed to use the product, the return window was expired.

Terrible.
The ink on the new ribbon is lighter than on the ribbon I replaced. Too bad Staples doesn't carry any other brands.

The calculator ribbons are easy to install and work great. Customer service was excellent. They helped me at the store by ordering a box (12) at a reasonable price and had it shipped to their location. They then sent me an email when it arrived for pick up. Simple.

YES I WOULD RECOMMEND THE RIBBON .THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE I'VE EVER ORDER THE RIBBION FOR THE BUSINESS. ALWAYS COME IN A DAY OR TWO. AND ALL QUIT TO FIX ANY THING THAT MIGHT BE WRONG WHICH IS 1 TIME IN 26 YEARS
