Quickbook Voucher Check Envelope
Exactly what we were looking for but because it didn't say "Quickbooks" Voucher Check Envelope we had a tough time knowing if it was the one we needed. I understand if you can't put that name but I'm sure you'd sell a lot more if you did. Also save people time

God Awful

Staples Window Envelope Review
Not a good envelope. They will not stay closed when moistened and sealed. Terrible! I had to add scotch tape. Doesn't seem to be enough adhesive on the envelopes or something.

Quality Control Issues
We use these for mailing checks. The price was good. There are definitely quality control issues though.
Basically the glue in one of the corners is too aggressive. It reduces the width by about 1/8", which means the check wouldn't fit initially. I discovered that if I push open the envelope in that corner, it pulls the glue away and the checks fit fine in the envelop...

Defective
About half of the envelopes came defective. I use this specific item for checks and I have to throw half of them away because they are slightly off and the checks wont fit in the envelope fully.

Changed Quality
Bought these so many times and my last two boxes have been awful. Need to use tape, they will NOT stick. Quality is much thinner. All reviews prior to May 2024 are for a different quality product. 2 stars only because staples customer service tried to rectify it.

Have used these for a while and never had an issue until the last order that I received. Purchased five cartons in my last order, and four out of the five had major issues with the gumming not activating at all when being run through my FP Post postage machine. Not self sealing
These envelopes do not self-seal, they are not gummed, and there is nothing adhesive at all. Now I have to use envelope glue. Waste f time and money.

Envelopes difficult to stuff
These envelopes do not work with Quickbooks checks. They are slightly smaller than needed making them very difficult to stuff. Many of our vendors require a stub to be returned with the payment and you really can't fit more than just the check in these envelopes due to their size. Okay but not what I wanted
I ordered these because the self-sealing envelopes I usually get were out of stock forever. They work for my needs but I find it strange that they cost more than the self-sealing envelopes.
