The promised one-day delivery took one week.
I needed it fast. Chose Staples over W B Madon ONLY because website promised delivery of this product in one day. Once I ordered and paid one day delivery became one week. Just one more reason to switch from Staples to W B Mason.

Not as pictured
The picture of the roll doesn't look anything like what we ordered. I made the mistake of ordering based on the picture. I will slow down next time.

No pink line
The paper is fine but it's frustrating not to have that pink line when you're near the end of the paper roll so you can prepare to change it

Cash register paper

Review of PM Thermal Paper Rolls
Glad to discover thermal rolls that actually fit POS machines. Others have cores that are too large for the machines but these PM rolls fix exact.

Hard to start
Paper works fine. Only place I can find the correct size. You best have one ready to go as getting the tape off to start the roll is difficult - there should be some type of tape that would peel off easier.

Wish we could fit more paper
We ram through credit cards and the receipt paper just isnt enough. We have to change it frequently. But it is not the papers fault. Let's blame it on the credit machine company! Great paper all around. Only bad is that some rolls have the pink line to let you know you are getting low and some don't

Wonderful product-larger rolls do not fit into our credit card machines. In addition if we are forced to purchase the larger rolls we must throw away half the roll. What a waste!!! Thank you Staples for helping us out.
